GameOPS P.O.I.: Hugot Man

If you frequent Facebook then there’s a huge chance you’ve stumbled upon this guy! Meet Dexter: A man who is currently in college. He does hugot lines and other memes, and man does he do them properly!

We made lapit-lapit to Mr. Dexter and asked him if he could do be our  GameOPS P.O.I. , and he said yes!

1. When did your rise to Internet popularity start?

It started nung nag-post ako ng mga hugot compilations ko sa Facebook. Then the reaction paper boosted me up to where I am right now.

2. So what do you do aside from doing memes?

I'm a cameraman sa isang production for three years na din since 2nd year college ako. (Hi, IG Films).

I do short films din, writing, sometimes acting pag kulang sa cast... And also gaming din. Lagi kong kasama maglaro yung mga best friends ko na si Tony and Louis.

3. Do you play video games? If yes, then what are your favorites?

Yes, I do play video games--since bata pa ako. Favorite ko hanggang ngayon is Left 4 Dead. Sobrang fan ako ng Left 4 Dead kaya hanggang ngayon nag-iintay pa rin ako nung pang-third, pero mukhang century pa bago nila ilabas, gaya ng ibang games ng Valve.

4. Would you consider yourself tech savvy?

Maybe. Tamang knowledge siguro. I'm like one of the technicians sa school, tinatanong ako ng professors and classmates ko which is better or not sa mga bibilhin nilang gadgets.

5. Who is your celebrity idol? Do you look up to any comedian?

My favorite comedian is Mr. Michael V. Ever since, sya talaga idol ko.

6. If you were stranded on an island, what three items would you take with you?

I'll probably bring an umbrella, Swiss knife, and a battery. Have no idea bakit yun mga pinili ko rin.

7. Anong reaction ng professor mo sa reaction paper mo?

They were laughing! As in, pagnakikita nila ako, they keep asking what grade ang nakuha ko sa paper, and also ano sanction nakuha ko.

8. Sinong crush mong celebrity?

Si Ashley Gosiengfiao.

9. Medj may kaunting crush sayo si Zaosharan. Anong feeling mo at may fans ka na nagkaka-crush sayo?

Medyo kilig. Di kasi ako kapansin-pansin pag nasa school. Wala nagkaka-crush sa akin. And para sa akin, di sila fans, tropa sila! Pag fans kasi parang ang dating, tinitingala ka. Dapat tropa lang para pantay. Kaya binabati ko lahat ng tropa ko dyan!

10. If given the chance, would you enter showbiz?

Why not? Break yun eh...Grab all the opportunities, pero may moderation. Wag lang paakyatin sa ulo. Pero ngayon, thesis muna focus ko.

11. How to be you po?

Don't ask people, "how to be you". Dapat ang tanong sa sarili, "how to be myself" kasi once malaman nyo kung paano maging totoo sa sarili, kusang lalapit ang lahat ng gusto mo sayo.
